A recent article mentioned some individuals in Los Angeles were arrested in connection with distributing Chinese made toothpastes that contain DEG (diglycol or diglycol stearate--a toxic chemical). As it turns out, this incident is not new--a while back there was a similar case (see here).
Brands mentioned include Cooldent, Clean Rite, Oralmax, DentaPro and DentaKleen. Everfresh, Superdent, Oral Bright, Bright Max and ShiR Fresh.
